First things first, if you’re serious about quitting smoking, you will succeed. If you’re not 100% dedicated to quitting, you will fail 99 out of 100 times. It’s as simple as that. So finish off the cigarettes you’ve already purchased – no need to trash them. After the four days is up, your cravings should mostly dissipate and be replaced with a desire for the vaporizer. This is most evident in the morning; whereas I used to wake up with immense anxiety and cravings for a cigarette, now I can get some stuff done before I even consider hitting the vape.
What Vaporizer Should I Buy?
The eJuice’s strength plays a huge role in how well you do or don’t succeed in your journey to become cigarette-free. Personally, I like 12mg (depending on the tank). However, 12mg is too strong for some people. 6mg is usually a good starting amount.
